This full-scale renovation is the epitome of a turnkey Gramophone Design + Build project. From vision to execution, our team touched every element—technology and infrastructure, lighting and control, furniture and decor. Every corner was tailored to reflect how the family lives and how they want to feel in their home.

From the beginning, our goal was to create a home that feels warm, modern, and deeply intentional. Lighting scenes shift with the day. Audio, shading, and climate control are quietly integrated into the background. Every fixture, material, and layout choice was made with purpose—to support comfort, beauty, and the rhythms of everyday life.

Thoughtful lighting plays a starring role, from the soft glow beneath the kitchen island to ambient fixtures along the staircase. Automated scenes, Lutron controls, and energy-efficient Diode LED solutions bring each space to life while seamlessly integrating into the architecture.

Smart technology remains quietly powerful behind the scenes. A centralized Control4 system manages lighting and AV across the home. In the office, a Samsung Frame TV with Deco TV Frame doubles as a second monitor and digital artwork. Custom-built furnishings, warm brass accents, and flush HVAC details ensure that every functional element also serves an aesthetic one.

From initial layout to final accessory, this was a fully furnished and fully considered project—an immersive environment where design, tech, and lifestyle align.
